# How it works

## Content

bonspiels.net collects curling bonspiels and club events from **Canada, the United States and Europe** in one free calendar. Curlers find events in a few clicks, and organizers get their bonspiel in front of more curlers – without any extra work.

## For curlers

- **Find a bonspiel**Browse the [event calendar](/events/) by region and date – from friendly club spiels and mixed doubles to competitive and cash events.
- **Check the details**Each event shows the date, the club and location on a map, the poster and a description. You will also find places to stay and things to do nearby.
- **Register with the organizer**We do not sell entries or tickets. Use the link or contact details on the event page to register directly with the host club.

## Where the events come from

We collect events automatically every day from curling associations, club websites and club Facebook pages, and add events that organizers send us. Duplicates are merged, so each bonspiel appears only once, and events disappear from the calendar once they are over.

## Frequently asked questions

 Is bonspiels.net free?

Yes. Searching the calendar and listing an event are both free. Can I register for a bonspiel on bonspiels.net?

No. Registration and payment are handled by the host club. The event page links to the organizer's own page or contact details. How often is the calendar updated?

Every day. New events are added automatically and finished events are removed. The details of our event are wrong. What can I do?

Email us at [curler@bonspiels.net](mailto:curler@bonspiels.net) with the correct information or a link, and we will update the event. Which events do you list?
