About Club de Curling Nairn

Club de Curling Nairn: 60 Years of Community Grit in Charlevoix

Established in November 1963 on Rue Lapointe in Clermont, Quebec, the Club de curling Nairn (listed on some provincial rosters as Naim) is the only dedicated curling venue in the entire Charlevoix region. After a devastating fire destroyed their original hall, the community rallied to completely rebuild the modern three-sheet facility, which opened in 1984.

Today, Nairn has transitioned from an exclusive private club into a warm, open community center with over 180 active members. The club hosts major regional events, including the famous Challenge de Curling Desjardins and the popular January Family Tournament. Complete with a 150-person banquet hall and licensed bar, Nairn represents the proud, grassroots soul of Charlevoix sport.
