Doaktown Curling Club: Keeping the Miramichi Region Active

Operating out of 29 Prospect Street in the historic village of Doaktown, New Brunswick, the Doaktown Curling Club is a cherished local sports facility and social anchor. Strategically located along the world-famous Southwest Miramichi River, the club provides locals with a wonderful way to stay active, connected, and warm during the cold winter months.

Featuring two meticulously prepared sheets of ice, this cozy rink is supported entirely by dedicated volunteers. Affiliated with Region 4 under the New Brunswick Curling Association, the club places a massive focus on grassroots development, running active recreational mixed leagues and successful youth recruitment programs. It stands as a vital, highly treasured space where community connection and physical fitness meet.
