Golden Curling Club: Over a Century of Rocky Mountain Trailblazing

Established in 1894, the Golden Curling Club holds the prestigious distinction of being the oldest curling club in British Columbia and the oldest west of Winnipeg. Located at 1412 9th Street South, the current four-sheet facility was constructed as a 25th-anniversary project by the local Kinsmen Club in 1978 and is owned by the Columbia Shuswap Regional District.

Operating from mid-October to March, the club welcomes locals and visitors to experience matches with no prior experience required. The facility features an accessible lobby, a 120-person upstairs licensed lounge with a large kitchen, and a massive 10,000-square-foot dry floor used during the off-season for conventions and trade shows.
