About Carleton Curling Club

Carleton Curling Club: Saint John’s Welcoming West Side Rink

Established in 1895, the Carleton Curling Club has been a cornerstone of winter recreation on the west side of Saint John, New Brunswick, for well over a century. Located at 115 Rodney Street, the club offers a warm, relaxed, and highly social atmosphere just minutes away from Uptown Saint John.

The club features a beautifully maintained three-sheet curling rink, hosting active leagues Monday through Thursday for men, women, and mixed players. Carleton has a strong commitment to grassroots junior development, running popular Little Rocks and Junior programs on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings. The fully licensed facility is also equipped with kitchen amenities, making it a highly sought-after venue for private ice rentals, parties, and its famous St. Patty’s Day Funspiel.
