Fort Nelson Curling Association: Winter Sports at Mile 300

Operating inside the active Fort Nelson Recreation Centre on 19th Avenue, the Fort Nelson Curling Association is the primary winter sports destination for this northern British Columbia community. Located along the scenic Alaska Highway, the club features well-kept sheets of ice that are cared for by dedicated local volunteers.

Operating from October to March, the club hosts a wide variety of leagues, including ladies’, men’s, junior, and mixed doubles, as well as casual drop-in draws. With affordable seasonal fees and certified local coaches, the Fort Nelson Curling Association provides a warm, cozy escape from the northern winter cold, making it the ideal space to stay active.
