About Blackstone Valley Curling Club
Blackstone Valley Curling Club – Curling at the IcePlex in Hopedale
Blackstone Valley Curling Club brings curling to the Blackstone River Valley of south-central Massachusetts. Founded in 2016, the club plays at the Blackstone Valley IcePlex in Hopedale, where it lays out four sheets of curling on arena ice.
The club is a member of the Grand National Curling Club, the regional association that connects curling clubs across the Northeast and opens the door to regional bonspiels and competition.
As an arena club, Blackstone Valley turns a hockey rink into a curling venue on its league nights, giving towns between Worcester and the Rhode Island line a place to learn and play the sport without a long drive to a dedicated club.
