About Glovertown & Area Curling Association

Glovertown & Area Curling Association: Keeping the Bonavista Bay Active

Operating inside the active Glovertown Gardens Arena on Main Street in Glovertown, Newfoundland and Labrador, the Glovertown & Area Curling Association is a vital community wellness asset. Sharing a full-sized municipal ice surface with minor hockey and figure skating, the co-ed club provides space for four sheets of winter ice.

The club runs popular local co-ed leagues from November to March, utilizing newly renovated mezzanine canteens and spectator galleries to watch matches. Strongly supported by municipal recreation grants, the Glovertown Curling Association represents a vital, highly treasured space where community connection, senior rekreation, and physical fitness meet.
