Hay Lakes Curling Club: Small-Town Agricultural Pride

Located on 4th Avenue in the friendly town of Hay Lakes, Alberta, the Hay Lakes Curling Club operates as a major winter sports and social centerpiece. Managed under the dedicated stewardship of the Hay Lakes & District Agricultural Society, the club runs its seasonal playing schedule from October through April.

The curling rink is housed inside the local Agriplex complex, utilizing its space during the winter months before the ice is removed to support spring and summer weddings, markets, and 4-H club activities. Backed entirely by local agricultural families and volunteers, the club offers active recreational evening leagues and classic community bonspiels.
