About Hay River Curling Club

Hay River Curling Club: Fostering Northern Sportsmanship

Operating a dedicated three-sheet curling rink at 73 Woodland Drive, the Hay River Curling Club is a premier winter recreation center in the Northwest Territories. Situated inside the local Community Centre, the club operates high-quality artificial ice sheets that have successfully hosted numerous prestigious territorial championships.

Under the leadership of president D’arcy Delorey, the club runs active weekly leagues for men, women, mixed, doubles, and juniors, alongside beginner-friendly ‘Learn to Curl’ clinics. Off the ice, players and spectators gather to exchange strategy and swap stories in their highly social, comfortable viewing lounge, defining a warm community setting.
