Amisk Curling Club: Heart of the Community in East-Central Alberta
Maintained and operated by the dedicated volunteers of the Amisk Agricultural Society in east-central Alberta, the Amisk Curling Club (listed on some rosters as Amix Curling Club) is located at the local Recreation Centre on 51st Street. The facility combines a skating arena and a curling rink to keep local residents active during winter.
The club regularly hosts popular local events, including Open and Ladies’ Bonspiels, school physical education programs, and community breakfasts. Backed by strong rural values and agricultural pride, the Amisk Curling Club provides an inclusive, friendly environment for everyone to learn and enjoy the game.
