About Cookstown Curling Club

Cookstown Curling Club: Experience Historic Central Ontario Ice

Established in 1956 when local players decided to build their own rink rather than travel, the Cookstown Curling Club on Saunders Street has been a beloved athletic landmark in Simcoe County, Ontario. Operating on a spacious, expertly maintained ice surface, the club is committed to offering highly enjoyable, affordable curling for all ages.

The club caters to all demographics, providing standard Men’s, Women’s, Mixed, and Junior leagues, alongside popular Learn to Curl clinics for absolute beginners. Off the ice, members can relax in the warm licensed lounge which serves as a vibrant social hub after matches. The facility’s banquet hall is also available for year-round private events, comfortably seating up to 120 guests.
