About Fort Smith Curling Club
Fort Smith Curling Club: Grassroots Sports and Warm Community
Operating in the historic town of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, the Fort Smith Curling Club is a cherished local sports facility and social pillar of the South Slave region. The club operates well-kept ice sheets, keeping local families, students, and park rangers active and healthy when the temperature drops.
Affiliated with the Northwest Territories Curling Association, the club plays a critical role in promoting physical fitness and social connection. The club runs popular recreational evening leagues, junior instructional clinics, and classic winter bonspiels, offering a warm, hospitable escape from the freezing sub-zero northern winters.
