About Haliburton Curling Club

Haliburton Curling Club: Bringing the Community Together on Mountain Street

Dating back over 80 years, the Haliburton Curling Club on Mountain Street is a beloved landmark in the Haliburton Highlands. The club operates a high-quality four-sheet curling rink, utilizing a state-of-the-art $175,000 artificial ice plant installed in 2016, securing highly consistent playing conditions for members commuting from across the county.

The club is highly celebrated for hosting its popular annual Men’s Skyline Bonspiel, which draws teams from across Ontario for a weekend of competitive draws and live local acoustic music. Offering social and competitive leagues for ladies, men, and mixed teams, the club is also working with local council on proposed plans for a new multi-use municipal recreation center to carry its legacy forward.
