About Kamsack Curling Club

Kamsack Curling Club: Raising the Standard on Kamsack Ice

Operating inside the Broda Sportsplex, the Kamsack Curling Club is a vital winter sports and social anchor in east-central Saskatchewan. Affiliated with CURLSASK, the club runs popular Thursday night open co-ed leagues and is highly dedicated to promoting physical fitness and small-town sportsmanship.

Under the guidance of organizer Jordan ven der Buhs, the club launched a major community-first fundraising campaign in late 2025 to heavily modernize its playing conditions. Seeking local business sponsorships, the club is raising funds for new professional house rings and white underlays to ensure easier maintenance and faster ice installation for the 2026/2027 season. Kamsack is famous for its wind-up bonspiels and ‘Barefoot to the 4-Foot’ events.
