About Kamloops Curling Club

Kamloops Curling Club: Over 75 Years of Downtown Community Pride

Established in 1948 on unceded territory, the Kamloops Curling Club on Victoria Street is proudly recognized as one of the most successful self-funded sports organizations in British Columbia. The club operates as a non-profit entirely independent of operational government funding, relying on its lounge, canteen, and pro shop to manage its premier eight-sheet ice surface.

The club runs a massive lineup of 14 different weekly leagues—including senior selects and TRU student flights. Kamloops is highly famous in the curling community for hosting the annual Kamloops Crown of Curling since 1974, which draws top-ranked competitive teams from across North America. Off the ice, their comfortable fireside viewing lounge and pro shop remain a vibrant downtown social hub.
