Nashville Curling Club: Dedicated Ice in Music City’s Nations
Nashville Curling Club curls at Tee Line, a converted warehouse on Duluth Avenue in West Nashville’s The Nations neighborhood that opened in October 2021 as the first facility in Tennessee with dedicated curling ice. Built by former St. Louis Rams quarterback Marc Bulger, who took up the sport touring with a group of ex-NFL players, Tee Line pairs three sheets of pebbled curling ice with a bowling alley and sports bar behind a glass wall. The move gave the club a permanent home, and membership more than doubled to 54 within its first season there. The club is a member of USA Curling’s Grand National Curling Club.
The club runs eight-week league seasons, seven games plus a championship week, with options for every level: a Saturday-morning recreational league, a Sunday-evening beginner league that mixes new and experienced curlers, and a Monday competitive league for bring-your-own teams, with free agents welcome. New curlers get a discount on their first season, and Tee Line offers lessons for those starting out.
The venue has also put Nashville on the elite curling map: in April 2025 The Curling Group staged the sport’s first All-Star Game at Tee Line, with a celebrity pro-am, skills competition and All-Star Skins game.
