About Almonte Curling Club

Almonte Curling Club: A Historic Legend in Mississippi Mills

Established in 1855, the Almonte Curling Club is the eighth oldest curling club in North America, representing over 170 years of sports heritage. Located at 160 Bridge Street in Almonte, Ontario, the current modern four-sheet facility is attached to the Almonte Arena and has been a central fixture of local winter recreation since opening in 1989.

The club features a broad range of programs, including non-competitive social leagues, youth divisions, and the popular ‘Learn to Curl’ program. Off the ice, members can relax in the spacious ACC lounge, complete with a fully licensed bar, kitchen, and banquet facilities capable of hosting up to 175 guests.
