Chester Curling Club: Where Champions and Beginners Rock the Ice

Located on Pig Loop Road in the scenic coastal village of Chester, Nova Scotia, the Chester Curling Club is a non-profit, volunteer-managed sports organization on the South Shore. The club is celebrated for its incredibly welcoming and friendly atmosphere, inviting players of all ages, skill levels, and backgrounds to enjoy the sport.

Operating from October through March, the club hosts active mixed, ladies’, men’s, and stick curling leagues. Chester boasts an outstanding junior curling development program, having produced provincial, national, and international champions over the years. To introduce new players to the ice, the club holds a highly popular 5-week ‘Learn to Curl’ clinic each winter, providing all necessary equipment in a safe and supportive environment.
