Cypress River Curling Club: Rural Community Pride in the Pembina Valley

Operating out of the Cypress River Multi-Purpose Community Centre in Cypress River, Manitoba, the Cypress River Curling Club is a beloved local sports facility and social pillar of the Municipality of Victoria. Affiliated with CurlManitoba’s West 2 division, the club serves as a vital winter fitness and social anchor for the surrounding rural area.

The facility features three sheets of well-kept ice, hosting popular Tuesday and Wednesday night mixed recreational leagues and active junior draws. Strongly supported by community fundraising, local business sponsorships, and agricultural societies, the Cypress River Curling Club is famous for hosting highly anticipated annual winter bonspiels that bring together families, local farmers, and friends.
