Glenora Curling Club: Cozy Community Ice in the RM of Argyle

Situated on Glenora Road near Baldur, Manitoba, the Glenora Curling Club is a proud, completely volunteer-run two-sheet curling rink. Serving the Rural Municipality of Argyle, this intimate club represents the true, nostalgic soul of rural Manitoba sports, where neighborly support keeps the ice keen and the community active.

Highlighting this incredible cooperative spirit, neighboring Clearwater Curling Club recently donated an ice scraper to keep Glenora’s lanes in pristine condition. The club is famous for its annual 3-person Funspiel, highly social junior bonspiels, and delicious rink burgers served from the kitchen. It remains a treasured space to escape the cold, socialize, and build lasting friendships.
