Elk Point Curling Club: An Elite Concrete Renovation Success

Located in Elk Point, Alberta, the Elk Point Curling Club is a true testament to grassroots determination and volunteer effort. After compiling a long list of facility needs, local volunteers banded together to transform their aging, inefficient sand-floor facility into a state-of-the-art winter arena.

Today, the modern facility features four sheets of pristine concrete-base ice. The club has embraced cutting-edge ice technology by replacing traditional paint with eco-friendly, digitally printed ‘Easy Sheets’ from Hack To Hack Solution Inc. These reusable liners have drastically cut volunteer setup times and utility bills, ensuring perfect, keen ice conditions for the club’s nightly leagues and weekend bonspiels.
