About Castlegar Curling Club

Discover Castlegar Curling Club in the West Kootenays

Located on Pioneer Arena Road in Castlegar, British Columbia, the Castlegar Curling Club serves as the primary hub for winter sports in the West Kootenay region. Since its current facility was constructed in 1973, the club has provided top-tier playing conditions. Boasting four sheets of expertly prepared curling ice, it operates a vibrant seasonal schedule from October through March.

Affiliated with Curl BC, the club runs popular leagues for men, women, mixed teams, and junior players. The facility features a comfortable viewing gallery, an upstairs licensed lounge with excellent ice views, and a fully stocked Pro Shop carrying a great range of Goldline equipment. Strongly backed by passionate local volunteers, Castlegar Curling Club remains a welcoming and fun space to enjoy the classic sport.
