About Gladstone Curling Club

Gladstone Curling Club: Reinvigorating Winter Sports with Glow Curling

Operating inside the local sports complex on Saskatchewan Avenue in Gladstone, Manitoba, the Gladstone Curling Club is a proud Pembina Valley sports venue. The club serves as a vital winter fitness and social anchor for the local agricultural community, keeping families active when the temperature drops.

In early 2026, the club gained widespread media attention by introducing ‘Glow Curling’—a highly creative twist where black lights, reflective tape, and neon paints are used to get the ice, rocks, and brooms to glow in the dark. Designed to inspire youth, this program supports over 40 school-aged curlers. Gladstone Curling Club runs active weekly leagues and hosts popular regional bonspiels.
