Emo Curling Club: A Welcoming Recreation Hub in Northwestern Ontario

Operating out of 9006 Trans-Canada Highway in Emo, Ontario, the Emo Curling Club is a cherished local sports facility and social pillar of the Rainy River District. The club operates a beautifully prepared four-sheet curling rink, providing a warm and highly inclusive winter sports environment.

In addition to active weekly mixed and senior leagues, the facility acts as a multi-purpose space, hosting community events like the Emo spring markets and the Rainy River Valley Agricultural Society meetings. Emo Curling Club is famous for its annual ladies’ and men’s bonspiels, drawing passionate teams from Emo, Stratton, and Fort Frances for high-spirited winter competition.
