Carrot River Curling Club: Warm Winter Athletics on Third Avenue

Located on Third Avenue in the vibrant town of Carrot River, Saskatchewan—known proudly as ‘Saskatchewan’s Outback’—the Carrot River Curling Club has been a major sports destination since opening its dedicated building in 1986. The facility features three sheets of high-quality artificial ice, a fully equipped kitchen, a social lounge, and an excellent spectator viewing area.

The club runs an active winter curling schedule, welcoming players of all ages and skill levels, from ‘Little Rockers’ youth programs to active 50 Plus senior draws. Situated strategically between the Kearns Arena and the local full-service RV park, the club is a bustling social hub that frequently hosts live musical concerts and regional bonspiels, offering a warm and hospitable environment for everyone.
