About Teton Valley Curling Club
Teton Valley Curling Club: Stones and Sweeping Under the Tetons
Teton Valley Curling Club brings curling to Victor, Idaho, on the west side of the Teton Range. The club plays at Kotler Ice Arena, an outdoor, covered ice rink in Victor’s Pioneer Park, and is operated under the umbrella of the Teton Valley Foundation, the nonprofit that runs the arena.
The league season runs from November into March, with eleven draws followed by playoffs and games played on Sunday afternoons. Teams register as squads of up to five players – four curlers and a substitute – and league entry includes membership in the Mountain Pacific Curling Association. For newcomers, “Explore Curling” community events offer a first slide out of the hack, and the sport has drawn a growing mix of ages and skill levels in the valley.
The highlight of the calendar is the Grand Teton Bonspiel, held each November. The 2025 edition, the fifth, guaranteed every team three games, wrapped up its championship matches by Sunday noon and was free for spectators, with the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar of Jackson as sponsor.
