About Rutland Rocks Curling Club
Rutland Rocks Curling Club: Curling in Vermont’s Marble City
Rutland Rocks Curling Club brings curling to Rutland, the central Vermont city known for its marble quarries and its position at the foot of the Green Mountains. Founded in 2007, the club plays on arena ice at Rutland’s Giorgetti Arena, with five sheets laid out for curling.
The club belongs to USA Curling’s Grand National Curling Club region and the U.S. Women’s Curling Association, linking it to the long-established curling community of the Northeast. As an arena club, Rutland Rocks shares the rink with the city’s hockey and skating programs and gives curlers in central Vermont a place to play close to home through the winter.
