About Appleton Curling Club
Appleton Curling Club: Fox Valley Curling Since 1939
Appleton Curling Club has been the curling home of Wisconsin’s Fox Valley since 1939. The club is based in Appleton, the Outagamie County city on the Fox River, and plays on the west side of town on Westhill Boulevard.
Appleton curls in a dedicated curling building with four sheets of ice, which makes it one of the larger clubs in a state with a deep curling tradition. It belongs to the Wisconsin State Curling Association, USA Curling and the U.S. Women’s Curling Association.
More than eight decades after its founding, the club continues to serve as a hub for league curling and bonspiels in northeastern Wisconsin, one of the oldest clubs in the region still playing on its own ice.
