About Kerry Park Curling Centre

Kerry Park Curling Club: Fostering Friendship in the Cowichan Valley

Located inside the Kerry Park Recreation Centre on Shawnigan Lake-Mill Bay Road in Mill Bay, British Columbia, the Kerry Park Curling Club has been the heartbeat of local winter sports since 1977. Conceived by recreation manager Dennis ‘Red’ McLain and a group of former Navy colleagues, the club quickly grew into a massive local success story.

The club offers active weekly programming, including the legendary Sunday ‘Hangover League’, Tuesday Ladies’, and Monday Junior curling for ages 8 to 19 led by certified coaches. With a focus on inclusive recreation, the club provides excellent ‘Learn to Curl’ sessions where players master the basics, making it the perfect winter home for South Cowichan athletes.
