Club de curling Aurèle-Racine: Where Heritage Meets Championship Play
Located in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, the Club de curling Aurèle-Racine is a historically significant municipal sports venue. Built in 1979 based on plans by architect Rénald Desrosiers and named in honor of Tracy’s former mayor, the unique two-story concrete and wood facility features four sheets of pristine ice.
The club boasts a proud competitive pedigree, notably serving as the home base for Serge Vincent and Réal Gervais, who captured provincial stick curling championships. Frequently chosen to host prestigious Curling Quebec events, including the Circuit Finals, Aurèle-Racine is a warm, highly welcoming bilingual club for players of all generations.
