Balgonie Curling Club: Over 120 Years of Sport Heritage

Established in 1902, the Balgonie Curling Club on King Street in Balgonie, Saskatchewan, has spent well over a century providing top-tier ice to curlers of all ages. The club has a legendary reputation for producing elite talent, notably producing Mandy Selzer’s Junior Women’s team, who captured a World Silver Medal in 2006.

The facility features three beautifully prepared sheets of ice alongside an online registration system for streamlined sign-ups. Offering active Ladies’, Rec, Open, and Senior Leagues, the club also runs an excellent Learn to Curl development program. After matches, players gather to unwind in their highly social, comfortable viewing lounge.
