About Mankato Curling Club
Mankato Curling Club – more than a century of curling on the Minnesota River
Mankato Curling Club is the curling home of Mankato, the southern Minnesota river city at the big bend of the Minnesota River. The club traces its history to 1903, when it was founded as the Caledonia Curling Club, a name that nods to the Scottish roots of the game.
Today it curls in its own dedicated facility with five sheets of curling ice, making it one of the larger clubs in southern Minnesota. It is a member of the Minnesota Curling Association, the state body for one of the strongest curling states in the country.
